Wholesale full fibre connectivity provider Stream Networks, has signed an agreement with full fibre provider ITS Technology Group (ITS), allowing it access to ITS’ entire Faster Britain footprint.
Stream is on a mission to effectively bring all of the UK’s full fibre networks under one roof. Known as The Stream Wholesale Full Fibre Network, it is designed to make it easy for its partners to find the best connectivity solutions for their customers.
ITS’ main point of difference is the speed with which it can build its Faster Britain networks reusing infrastructure where it can, and pledges to install on net customers within 15 days of an order being placed.
Matt Shanahan, CEO of Stream Networks said: “UK communications infrastructure is expanding like never before thanks to government and private investment. The number of full fibre projects undertaken by separate companies, all with differing geographical focus, is growing exponentially and it’s important the channel has access to all of these networks from one provider.
“As ITS’ Faster Britain footprint continues to grow at pace, we are delighted to be able to add this to our Stream Wholesale Full Fibre Network which ensures our partners have access to the best connectivity options for customers wherever they may be located.â€
Phil Lee, Head of Wholesale at ITS said: “As we continue to invest heavily in the rollout of our Faster Britain network, delivering full fibre to areas where there is demand, we are really excited to forge this partnership with Stream Networks.
“By making it more straightforward for partners to access high quality high speed connectivity, we are removing the reliance on the incumbent provider and helping to accelerate the digital capabilities of businesses previously held back by inadequate services.â€
Stream has added ITS’ partner portal API to its own portal, Cascade, allowing it to seamlessly provide full comparison, quote and order capabilities.
