In this month’s edition of ITS News we have an article about the government’s investment and plans for full fibre networks. As an organisation we wholeheartedly support this initiative and have been building full fibre and fixed wireless access networks since our inception.
This new wave of investment is about getting high-speed, sustainable and scalable services to most of the premises in the UK.
We are proud to release our latest case study this month which is our wholesale partner, OryxAlign whom we are working with to supply full fibre connectivity to their customers in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
Meet the team this month is with Samuel Thacker (known as 'Thacker') who joined ITS last year, initially as stop gap until he went to Sandhurst, however he has enjoyed his time with us so much we hope he will continue and stay within the business. He is part of our operations department, who are very customer focused.
As mentioned in previous months, we are investing heavily in our stated service KPIs and our focus on continuous service improvement has started to show great results. We are consistently resolving over 80% of support tickets remotely with proactive device management via our dedicated support desk. With a fast growing list of customers, ensuring we continue to deliver a quality service right across our company is vital and a major focus of the entire team.
