Our carrier grade full fibre leased lines are the ultimate gigabit connectivity solution. Offering uncontended symmetrical bandwidth of more than 10Gbps, fibre leased lines deliver a dedicated service; whether that’s to give your business access to the internet, or to create a resilient data network between your premises. To connect your fibre leased line, our engineers use a ‘dig once’ approach using existing infrastructure to minimise the time to install connections where they can. It means that we can be kinder to the environment by reducing the disruption caused by civils digs. As a result, we install on-net orders far quicker than the industry norm of 90 days, often within days of orders being placed. Where we don’t have network, we can build or work with our trusted partners to deliver connectivity where it’s needed.
As experts in connectivity, we provide the right solution to fit your business’ needs now, and can scale as you grow. We’re here to connect you to more.
At ITS, we understand that no two businesses are the same. We design solutions that work for our customers’ and partners’ needs. A full fibre leased line provides a dedicated circuit exclusively for your use. It means that you will always have the bandwidth you are paying for right at your fingertips, without the contention and often frustration that comes with a shared line.
We also offer Ethernet and point to point services, which are a cost-effective way to connect sites close to each other e.g. on a business park.
As fibre leased lines are a managed service, monitoring allows for the detection of issues so that faults can be resolved quickly resulting in minimal or no downtime. There are various levels of monitoring available from ITS, from passive with alerts and triggers, to active using intelligent software to forewarn of risks and unusual activity. We also offer business-grade service level agreements (SLA) to minimise downtime if there’s an incident.
However, as businesses continue to become more dependent on their connectivity, we are seeing an upward trend in the number of dedicated leased lines being used to build resilience and fail over into connectivity solutions i.e. a second line. Diverse networks and technologies are unlikely to both fail at the same time.
If your business depends on high availability and robust connectivity, with minimal downtime and disruption, then an ITS fibre leased line is the right solution for you.
The government is supporting the rollout of gigabit connectivity and we have been a registered supplier since the scheme was introduced. If you are a small or medium business you can apply for a Gigabit Broadband Voucher here. You can make a claim of up to £2,500 (subject to eligibility) against the cost of connection.
Alternative gigabit capable connectivity solutions
Where we can’t build physical fibre to your premises, for example challenging terrains and geographies, we can use the very latest gigabit capable wireless technologies to deliver wireless leased lines . These deliver all the benefits of our full fibre leased lines.
For businesses that don’t need our premium fibre leased line solution but want many of the benefits of a dedicated connection, we also offer full fibre broadband services. The main difference is that our fibre broadband product is contended so other customers will share the same fibre. However, we limit the number to keep contention to a minimum, so that the bandwidth you pay for isn’t compromised.
