Product Manager - salary up to £50k plus bonus and package

This role carries responsibility for the product portfolio including the evolution of existing products and the management of the roadmap for the future; ensuring ITS has a compelling portfolio of propositions to succeed in the market.

Key Accountabilities
  • Acts as the subject matter expert for Product Development within ITS, responsible for the full life cycle including development, launch, in-life management and retiring of products
  • Owns the development pipeline of current product, ensuring that products evolve to meet market requirements
  • Plans and prioritises the product roadmap to drive ROI
  • Ensures that the suite of ITS products complement one another
  • Building appropriate product terms and conditions, and service level agreements
  • Responsible for gathering and presenting customer and partner feedback, ensuring that this informs the future direction of the business
  • Gathers regular intelligence to ensure ITS products are competitively priced and promoted in the market
  • Keeps aware of market trends, ensuring the SMT are kept abreast of new information

Person Specification Overview

Experience

  • Recent and relevant experience working in a multi-product environment in the B2B telecoms sector
  • Experience of developing and delivering a product roadmap
  • Experience of working with both Direct and Indirect propositions, supporting a B2B environment

Knowledge

  • Excellent knowledge of telecoms connectivity products
  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics and motivations
  • Understanding of different project and programme management methodologies
  • Market insight especially indirect channels and full fibre
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent industry experience

Skills/Abilities & Relevant Competencies

  • Enthusiastic, driven and willing to learn and progress
  • Demonstrable Commercial Acumen

Customer Service Provisioning Agent - salary commensurate with experience

Business Division: Network Operations
Reports to: Service Manager
Location: North West (England)

Key purpose of the role

This role carries primary responsibility for coordinating new customer service provision requests, from initial order acceptance and through to service activation and billing instigation.  Working right across the ITS team, you will work to ensure order details are captured correctly, and that orders are progressed either internally though the ITS project team, or externally through third party suppliers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Managing the day to day activities associated with customer service provision
  • Handling inbound/outbound calls and emails, updating ITS systems accordingly
  • Keeping partners and customers fully updated through the lifecycle of the provision process
  • Maintaining good working relationships with preferred suppliers / partners and ensuring correct pricing applied, working alongside the wider team
  • Outbound customer service calls post implementation
  • Acting as a “buddy” for Project Managers on major projects ensuring that the administration, coordination and ordering of the projects are successful
  • Providing a support service to the service desk during any major service outage
