A Word from the CEO - May 2017
Welcome to May’s newsletter. The past few months at ITS have been as exciting, challenging and as fun as ever. Our team is growing, getting stronger and our service portfolio is becoming more holistic enabling us to provide customers with a more complete service offering.
This month we introduce Rob Burrell, our new Head of National Sales, a communications industry veteran who will lead, guide and continually develop our sales approach across the UK. We have also launched our new mobile offering exclusively for our business customers to complement our desktop telephony services and therefore driving greater efficiencies and cost savings for their organisations.
We have made great headway with our major and regional projects, internal processes are becoming more and more robust and streamlined. Our focus on quality, customer care and service excellence has paid off with us successfully passing the ISO9001:2008 accreditation for the third time. We will however continue to speak with our customers and learn from their service and customer experiences to ensure we continuously strive for further improvements.
David Cullen - Director, Regulation and Policy shares his thoughts on Ofcom’s announcement regarding the final stage of the consultation process on ‘Wholesale local access market review: duct and pole access remedies.’ A major step forward in opening up the UK infrastructure for network providers, such as ITS, which will enable our services to be even better value than they are today.
Finally, 15 members of the ITS team are taking part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge on Saturday 20th May to raise funds for ITS’s company charity, R Charity, any donations to support such as great cause will be greatly appreciated.
